I need some help. I was being attacked by trojan.zeroaccess!inf4 and my normal Norton virus scanner was not removing it so I saw on the site about the Norton Power Eraser. Used it and now I can't get Windows 7 to start. I've tried several system restore but no luck. Please help! :cry

After reading around the forum, it looks like people have been needing these in order to get any type of advice so I have attached my FRST scan.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

    Attached is fixlist.txt
    • Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
    • You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST.exe on your flash drive.

    Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (How to attach)

    Now attempt to boot normally.

You're welcome. Let me know if you need additional assistance. You may also want to check things like Windows Firewall, Windows Update, Action Center, System Restore, etc. Make sure they are still working. This rootkit tends to break many if not all of these services.
