Norton Removal

    I cannot remove Norton AntiVirus from my laptop. I've tried 'Control Panel', 'Add/Remove' programs but am unsuccessful.
    If I select 'Norton AntiVirus' then select 'Remove' the computer becomes busy but does not remove Norton.
    If I select 'Norton AntiVirus' then select 'Change' I get the message "Error 25002. There was an error loading the NavInst extension DLL".

    Anyone have a solution to completely remove Norton AntiVirus?

    Thank you MarkTrent.
    I downloaded and tried the recommended Norton Removal Tool but was unsuccessful.
    I received the message:
    "Manual Application Removal"
    "The following programs were found on this computer. These must be removed through 'Add/Remove Programs' before Norton Removal Tool can proceed. 'Norton Anti Virus Corporate Edition 7 or earlier'"

    So I'm back where I started. Can you help with this?
