Norton Virus Scan

    After Norton scan I get message that I have two(2) Trojan.spamthru
    with note that says "Removal Failed -can not be removed from unsupported file"

    Is there any way to clean these virus?

    Hi jhalemiller,

    This is Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team responding to your post.
    The first thing you should do is to run LiveUpdate, possibly multiple times, until it informs you that there are no more updates available. When LiveUpdate has completed, restart your computer in Windows Safe Mode and then launch Norton AntiVirus and run a "Full System Scan."

    If Norton still tells you that it can not remove the infection, please follow the instructions on the following page for removal:
