I got this new computer with IE10 (WINDOWS 8) and regardless of whether I use IE10 or Chrome, when a certain text is highlighted wanting me to click on a link to say change a password. When my curser hits the link, I get an ad that can't be x'ed out or removed. In the past when that happened, I could click on it, close out the unwanted ad and go about my business but no more. Is there a setting that disables this forcing stuff on you that interferes with what you really want to do? Sorry to put this in Malware but couldn't find another forum it fitted in.
