Not Malware... Now Software?

Hi all...

Ok. So I have been having issues. I tried the Malware forum. Not Malware. So here I am .... Here are my issues:

When I connect a new device my computer does not even acknowledge its been plugged in most times. The rest of the time it will attempt to install the device but fails every time.

My computer screen will flicker every so often. Or like twitch. Its hardly noticeable. But its there.

Sometimes my mouse will randomly jump to a dif position.

When I am using my internet browser sometimes the links will not work. It does this on both internet explorer and chrome.

When I try and open a file with windows explorer I get this error: The remote procedure call failed and did not execute
