not responding/disconected network drive

Hi
Had spy sherrif and followed the read me run me and the spy sherrif specific removal procedures as well as win32delfkil, smitrem and smitfraud. Seems to have gotten rid of all apprent infestations, however when I try to run from my work network half the time I can't get in and when I do I get a lot of 'not responding' messages. Here is my latest hijack this log

would it be wise to remove some of the programs I downloaded to fight this problem?

or any suggestions on speeding things up as they were before?

Disabled a few that i was comfortable with, but I'm still having slow opening and 'not responding' issues-mostly in msword and explore

also i attempted to redo my wallpaper, a restore active desktop sceen appeared and now my desktop background is white. The wallpaper is visable during bootup and when the task manger control box is on but as soon as the desktop icons appear the background goes white

Got rid of some more...we'll see if it helps
