not sure about problems....

    I ran through the Read & Run me after experiencing strange behavior, including a rougue virus scanner.

    The only tool that came up with anything was Rogue Killer, but since that is run to scan but not make corrections, I wasn't sure how to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated. Logs are attached. Thanks.

    The only issues observed in your logs are that you have no protection installed and that you Sun Java version is out of date.

    What actual problems are you having?

    Thanks for the quick reply and for checking the logs. I thought I had Microsoft Security Essentials installed. It still appears to be running.

    I am not experiencing any problems now, but ran through the removal guide after my daughter expereinced some suspicous behavior. I wouldn't have posted my logs, but thought Rouge Killer had found something.

    Per the logs you attached, it did not show as being installed. Checking into another process listing log in MGlogs.zip, I do see msseces.exe running but it should show in other areas and should show in your installed programs list. Not sure why it doesn't.
