    spybot caught something and it can't be removed even on comp.restart when it scans...this is the file which is found in the c:windows folder->SchedLgU.Txt.
    Otherwise things are running smooth.:cool::cool::cool::cool:
    ...thought i'd use killbox, but thought, i'd ask here first before doing anything.

    That could be just the log file from Windows Task Scheduler. It's a text file, open it up and look at what's in it.

    that's exactly what it is, inside...so why would spybot find this and say it's not good? thanks Chas'....:cool::cool::cool::cool:

    You're welcome!

    I don't know. I have no problem with it on my systems. And the same file exists in the same location. Do you have the current updates for Spybot?

    Yep, spybot definitely updated.
    So just leave it unchecked?
    I'd just like to know why it's an issue in spybot

    To clarify! It is seems to only be an issue on your system with Spybot for some reason.
    It does not occur any any systems I have checked (that's about 10).

    Did you change any of Spybot's default settings? What OS and rev level do you have?

    Thanks PP! I never check their site because as I said I have never had a problem with it. I even ran the Scheduler when I saw this thread and ran Spybot with the scheduler open. I still had no problem.

    Sorry! This slipped off my radar. Been very busy here and at real work.

    I don't think that XP Pro SP2 should make a difference. I'll try to check.
