You should uninstall CounterSpy now! We don't need it anymore since you are clean. Also delete the below two folders after uninstalling it since the uninstall will not remove them.

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Sunbelt Software
C:\Program Files\Sunbelt Software

However you should keep Ccleaner and Spybot. The are good utilities to have on your PC and the Immunize feature of Spybot offers a lot of protection without requiring any system resources. Having Spybot as an addition background scanner is also useful.

As I said above, your logs are clean but you do need to do the below.

Uninstall the below old versions of software:
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 3
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 7
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9

Make sure you reboot after uninstalling the above!

After reboot, now install the current version of Sun Java from: Sun Java Runtime Environment


If your PC is slow, it is more than likely not malware. I would suspect Norton Internet Security Suite is your problem. Also the below junk from your ISP has been know to slow things down:
