not sure what to do right now

with the issues im having right now, i dont know if its safe to run anything
and i need some guidance here! lol

i tried to open "my computer" folder
and it froze, the program not resp" window came up and i hit end now..
then it went to my desktop but it was all white with a blue exclamation point.

so i figured it cant hurt to do a system restore and see if anything works.

the comp just crashed in the middle of the restore and rebooted to a black screen with a blinking line.

i had to reboot 5 times to get either F2 or F12 to work
(i just wanted SOMETHIG to work)
so it did some hard drive scan for errors and then i got my desktop back,
but i still cant get into "my computer" folder.

im not sure whats going on... other then that mess it seems to be running ok and my 3 scans come up empty of spyware etc.




does this sound like a malware issue or something else??
i dont know if i should do those 7 steps in this case since things arent too stable... plmk
