Not sure what to do

When I go on the net msn or yahoo I get a search bar on bottom of window ,Make money Music etc. When I right click and check properties it shows http//lop.com. I've tried running different spyware and had no success getting rid of it. I think this is what you call hijacked. I had previously posted my log from hijack this. but was told to put in as an attachment.Not sure on how to do that. I now see that it is requested not to supply this log until asked. i'm not really computer literate and appreciate the help. Just point me in the right direction. Thanks.
