My internet and folders take forever to open.

I can't access secure sites. Not even my messengers.

An annoying application error keeps comming up (hdusb.sys.exe 0xc0000142) and everytime I click OK to terminate the application the error comes back up again.
Google doesn't help at all because everytime I search it, the only resources I get are in Chinese.
I was having an issue with random chinese popups before, but i'm sure that i've rid myself of that issue.

I deleted my Norton Security figuring it was the problem with accessing secure sites, but it actually didn't help at all. :cry

Have not been able to get into my email in a week or so, and i'm dying.

Seems that is a driver for hi-def satellite receivers. Do you happen to have one of those hooked up to your PC? Or maybe satellite internet connection?

Considering the Chinese pop up thing though, you are going to want to start here:

Also think about adding a second browser, like Firefox, to your system. If both IE and Firefox can not access secure site – then you know it is something between you and the internet connection. If Firefox can – then you will know it is an IE issue.
