Please do follow the guide section by section as its a very sucessfull way of helping remove malware from your PC,

If the list of Pre Post Cleanup was our READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support I notice you have HJT installed in the exact place we tell you not to in the guide ( section 7 or Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis )

You installed here
C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Owner\Desktop\HijackThis.exe

Guide advises
C:\Program Files\HJT folder

If using a Startup Manager or msconfig to stop any startups, then you need to allow your PC to boot into Normal Mode to run HJT as all running processes are needed to make sure one nasty one hasnt slipped though.

Windows Defender has not been installed and run, neither have the Panda and BitDefender scans ( Panda and BitDefender are required attachments ).... if their were problems in installing or running please tell us what they were.


I would advise that you follow the guide listed below again, I know its long and having malware and a PC not functioning correctly is very frustrating, but following all of the guide verbatim, will help to quickly get you back running normally, otherwise it could be a long drawn out process of floowing the steps over and over again.

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

• Bitdefender
• Panda Scan
• HijackThis
