our local shopping centre has posters up all over stating 'FREE RIDE IN A POLICE CAR FOR ALL SHOPLIFTERS' its amazing how many take them up on it:-D

I like the sandwich board sign idea. That's like Singapore used to be, (maybe still is) with litterbugs. Get caught and you may well find yourself on Community street garbage clean-up, with free overalls stating, "I am a Pig." written across the back.LOL

 

Hey Phantom i had forgotten that about Singapore.

i lived for a year there in the 70s, one of the (if not THE) cleanest citys on the planet.
