    what the heck does this mean:

    NT On-Access Scanning Service Has Encountered a Problem and Must Close

    it pops up on my comp after i restart or turn on my computer and everything else runs fine, but its just a hassle because it takes alot longer to start up on the loading personal settings screen. I was just wondering how to fix it! I have a dell dimension 4600C with win xp! Thanks
