NT4 to 2000

    I have 2 servers (PDC and BDC) that are NT4, and I need to upgrade to 2000. I had planned on taking a pre-built windows 2000 server in, and promoting him to PDC and then taking the other 2 down one by one and then upgrading. Is there any issues that you guys see with this?
