ntldr is compressed(was?)

dont know what the problem has been
its just been pissn me off
coubldnt boot in safe
at one point I just screw it and tried to recover via the recovery console
then I got the title error
press ctrl +alt + del to reboot
(over and over)
so I recovered it two more times

no change

I went out and bought the xpsp2 software with mone I didnt have
(yea. .thats life aint it)

saw something

windows kinda worked

its now sp1
I cannot access my music or my pictures
I have to reinstall almost everything(which was expected)

my hdd is now dmn near full


I have two extra folders in c:\documents and settings
the old admin
the new admin
the new owner
the old owner (now named default user)

now. .everything got moved or copied from the old to the new
except my pictures(which is still in the old)
and my music
(the old one I can open, but it only contains empty folders in it)

question one:

If I recovered my hdd. .why is everything missing?

question 2:

How do I get access to those folders
in the new owner folder
(the hover thing says they are empty. .but I dunno)
and if so how do I get all my music back?

question 3:

and in the intrest of space. . can and what do I remove as far as the old n new?
