Okay, I got to the final level. Passwords (I might be missing one...) are

Someone else please confirm...After 127 tries, I think the final level is impossible to beat (or there is some secret I don't know about). I get to the second to last blue dot and no matter how close I get to the last dot, I always fail...

Maybe it's tongue in cheek, ie, fancy yourself as a game developer.
I should think that sends you mad as well!!

 

You can beat it guys.. You've just gotta wait and be patient. the moving atoms go in a cycle, you might have to wait 4 or 5 oscillations, but eventually the atoms get close enough to pass the electrons across.
