It quite hilarious how the top CEO's are awarded pay rises and bonus's.

The pay packets are reviewed by a pay review committee,they compare what other CEO's are getting in other banks and match it,they then add a little more to make sure their CEO's are paid slightly better than other banks to increase the profile of their CEO's.This obviously starts a one-upmanship between banks.

Here's the kicker though,the CEO's paycheck directly affects the review committee's paycheck.When the review committee's review comes around the top CEO's paychecks are taken into account, so its in their best interest to raise all the executive officers pay.

Nice stunt by the nuns but it won't make a blind bit of difference,these kind of people can litigate God into a parallel universe.:-D
