nVidia 91.47 = Blah?

I've had a couple of issues with nVidia's drivers and I'm interested if anyone else has had these troubles...

For one, it won't run a 75hz refresh rate. I can set the options to 75hz, but when I use Fraps and enable VSync, the frame rates in games caps at 60 instead of 75.

I've also noticed that it doesn't allow the Negative LOD Bias to be set to "clamp". I always turn this on... I have SLI so I set everything for the highest quality. But when I set it, it doesn't save it. As soon as I boot up a game or reboot the system and check back, it'll be defaulted to "Allow". Weird. It's a minor nuisance but a bit odd I think.

 

I have a GeForce 6200 AGP 8x - 512MB and the 91.47 driver was making my monitor blink to a black sceen every few minutes. It would always come back on but it bugged the **** out of me. I went back to a previous driver and all is well now. I run at 1024x768x32 @ 85 Hz

I don't know if its just a bug or what. Never had that problem before.

 

In my computer...

It wouldn't display and operate the full selections of refresh rates until I installed a proper driver for the monitor I'm using.
With the "Plug and Play Monitor" installed...
I'm pretty much stuck with 60Hz.
But when I installed a "ViewSonic EF70" monitor driver...
the avalable refresh rates shot way up.
I use 100Hz at 1024X768 without a problem.

 

I thought my family's lcd was dying after 2 years. It blinked randomly. I hooked it up to my 15" crt & it was stable. There's a new driver out. get it.
