    Hello,
I bought nvidia purevideo the other day, and I can't find it or anything? I used to use ffdshow, but I uninstalled it for purevideo. Now in both of my video players (WMP11 and Cyberlink) I can't find anyway or any indication of purevideo.

In advanced video options in WMP11, it has Software selected and will not me choose hardware (I have a 7900gt). (hardware is grayed out.) In advanced dvd options, I get some type of nvidia interface, but it only has audio settings (and karaoke, which is a feature of my sound card supposedly, but its a SB Audigy 2, not anything nvidia would have)

Do a check to see if any codecs are listed in Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Hardware > Video Codecs > properties > Properties and a list of codecs will show.

Does your videos still play tho?

Check this location as this iirc is the default install location of the codecs C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\ForceWare\nStant Media\Codecs ( I also never noticed a reference to them in the WMP11 settings, but video plays ok )
