Whenever I overclock with my DS3 I have to format...

I always get some dumb Hal.DLL missing or NTLDR Missing... I only took the FSB from 266 to 325 and I increased my DRAM voltage to 2.3V (Which is what its supposed to run at with DDR2-1000, not DDR2-813) and all other voltages by +.2V and the CPU Voltage to 1.35V...

I have formatted 3 times already, I am sick and tired of doing it...
    I have also run CHKDSK....

    Specs are:

    Core 2 Duo E6300
    GEiL DDR2-1000
    Gigabyte DS3 REV.2
    2xWD800GD Raptors RAID-0 promary
    1xWD2500KS backup
    CoolerMaster Real Power 450W 12s @ 16+18V
    Sapphire ATI Radeon X1950XT

If you get an error regarding a missing or corrupt hal.dll file, it might simply be the BOOT.INI file on the root of the C: drive that is misconfigured.

    Here's what to do:

    1. Insert and boot from your Windows XP CD.
    2. At the first R=Repair option, press the R key
    3. Press the number that corresponds to the correct location for the installation of Windows you want to repair.
    4. Typically this will be #1
    5. Type bootcfg /list to show the current entries in the BOOT.INI file
    6. Type bootcfg /rebuild to repair it
    7. Take out the CD ROM and type exit

concerning NTLDR.dll missing read this article, there can be several reasons.

Ocing corrupts data when you make big jumps, try a couple Mhz at a time
After you reach your limit's back off a couple MHz, this should save you from Data coruption

In the OC section there's a OC guide, have a read ;)

I'd replace that PSU, it's a Shame to risk decent hardware on a lame PSU :p
