OC'ing my intell prescot 3.4

    need some help i dident get the info i wanted in other forums so i am going to ask it myself how do i do it i know by increasing you FSB but i don't know how and my motherbord does support it i've got a ms-7091 so my question is untill witch temps can i go with this CPU and how far can i oc it?
