ODBC: HY000 (-1611) any ideas?!?

    Yesterday after a MS optional update I had probs with EXPLORE.EXE error messages which occured for many apps after researching google I found many similar threads but finally resorted to a previous restore point (just before the optional MS update) and fixed that problem but now I have a lot more confusing error occuring. Have a look at the pic for the complete details (the EXPLORER.EXE problem has been resolved).
