OE Messages disappearing

Have been running WindowsXP and OE for several years. Recentley, after reading messages in my InBox and "Xing" out of a message, it disaapears entirely. It's not back in the InBox, or even the "Deleted" folder. Anyone have a solution?

Check that your current View is set to Show All Messages, also your OE Folders have a 2GB limit, but most think that is pushing it. If you have/had very large folders it could be corruption.

Thanks. The problem was in the 'View" setting.
