OEx at it again

    Once again OEx cannot remember the pw.
    The pw was saved for auto log in, but OEx keeps asking for it. But, small screen pops up continually with correct info.
    How do I remedy this, other than my 20 gauge?

    Personally I would migrate from OEx as its not supported with updates these days, Thunderbird is a good alternative if you don't have Outlook.

    However for your issue try this HERE and double check the Account Password section for "remember password" being checked and a last resort this HERE

    Do you use anything like CCleaner, if so check what apps it cleans and make sure OEx is not listed, if it is un-check it.

    If you are still using OEx then you are still using XP, but XP is finished sarge - it will become progressively more risky and unreliable to use and the sooner you face up to that and do something about it the better.
