offering wireless internet to the public

Can anyone point me in the right direction to share wireless internet so were i could give them authorization to use the service for a certain amount of time. like offering internet access at a cafe. I dont want someone able to get on at anytime. I know that i will have to use WEP but i need something that i can make temporary accounts to allow access. I know how to set up networks and wireless networks but i just want to know if there is an easy way to do a temp account.

It called RADIUS server.

It available Free for Linux. There versions for Windows Not Free.
