Office 2003 SBE

What would cause Office 2003 SBE to not be able to print emails? I have a user that I have uninstalled Office and reinstalled Office several times. After each uninstall and reinstall I can print emails just fine, even logged in as her. But when she logs in the next morning, she cant seem to print any emails.

All that happens is she gets a "Outlook has encountered a unknown error. If this error persists restart Outlook." Reboot, restart Outlook, nothing helps.

 

Maybe you ought to go through uninstall and reinstall again, and then you try it the next morning, BEFORE she does. Or, maybe shutting down and restarting right after you uninstall and reinstall again should be part of your troubleshooting. In other words, I think you should eliminate the possibility that the problem is the user, not the computer.

Is the printer connected directly to that computer or is it a networked printer?

 

networked printer. And I did all those thing you mentioned usafveteran.

As much as I would like to blame the user, she doesn't seem to be the issue. She only really uses a couple of different programs. Excel, Outlook, and Terminal Server to remote connect to a server with other software running on it. That is pretty much all her local machine is used for.
