This version of Office I really do like personally and have been using the beta for a while in production capacity and its very robust and brings some neat new options, Backstage is a winner! the RTM is now a great finished product, will not be for everyone as it still keeps the ribbon, but fine tunes the ribbon and adds more functionality.
