Office 97 vs Office 2007 Microsoft Find Fast

I am currently using windows XP Service Pack 2. I had been using Office 97 and have moved to Office 2007.
I noticed that in the startup program Microsoft Find Fast.lnk is enabled. From what I can find, it is an Office 97 program.
Is it still needed with Office 2007. Is there any reason not to disable it.
Someone mentioned that it is a resource hog.
Unless I missed it, there is very little in the way of directions moving from Office 97 to Office 2007 and I sometimes have trouble finding old files.
Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Find Fast is no longer in Office 2007 so get rid of it.
