Office Question

    One of the most annoying things on the planet is the little arrow that you get at the bottom of a drop down menu when using Word or Excel, that tells you that Microsoft know better than you do what it is you actually clicked on that menu for. Is there any way to get rid of the rotten little thing, and actually get the whole menu first click?

    Yep.. in Word or Excel goto View > Toolbars > Customize and on the Options Tab tick Always Show Full Menus > Close

    and with luck you will have full menus show all the time, I only tested this in Office 2003, but should be similar for other office versions.
