Office??

I have an old computer, wanted to get the product key I have used produkey etc, to try to view the key, as its office 2000 it shows the product id and thats it.

If I called Microsoft with the product id would they be able to provide the key ??

Or any other programs which will view the key??

Another possibility is to download OpenOffice from Major Geeks' downloads section.

It does almost everything Microsoft Office does for free.

 

Needhelp1 has an older PC. He is trying to find the MS product key

 

I think it's a little bit difficult and complicated to get the key, why don't you just save your energy and download a free office app. There're good apps out there as good as MS office. Such as: Open office(three elements included), libreoffice and Kingsoft Office(which is quite similar to MS office from the UI to functionality). Give them a try!!
