Offroad Biking

Anyone else into offroad biking? Either trails, racing, or climbing/jumping? Tell me about your bike! Any favourite tracks/trails/hills?

I'm a climber/jumper, myself, but I have a problem.

MY NEW BIKE IS TOO FREEKING WIMPY!!!! :-D

It's a Suzuki DR200, and it was given to me, for next to nada. There's some obvious tweaks, such as swapping out the slicks for knobbies, but I'm looking for more performance tuning specs. Can I optimize the air-fuel ratio? (I've heard beefing up the airbox and exhaust is a good tweak) What about gear ratios? How much oil should be in the forks to make for a soft landing without bottoming out?

Does anyone have any ideas where I should look?

You might look into a service manual....
altering air box or exaust might require some carb jetting
fork oil avaible in different weights, start with clean oil at the manufactures recommended type and levels, you can change the springs too.
