oh no! someone help me..

Hi! I just joined the forum, you guys seem like youve got the answers!! anyway..

the computer has been hella slow and INFESTED with popups, i ran Ad Aware, and it does solve the adware problem, but its picking up Malware that it cant delete! its the same 4 each time..... heres the scan results..

i researched the shellexecutehooks thing and i guess its a trojan of some sort?...any help on how to remove all this would be verrryyyy helpful!!! let me know if you need the log file or whatever.. thank uu!!!!!!
