could i please get some help I foillowed all the directions on the removal page and now i was told to post the log files.

Did you get the zipped copy of the logs and then take them all apart to post them? One of us will take a look at the logs you've posted. Please be patient as this can take quite a bit of time. You're missing the Combofix and AVG Antispyware logs. Did you run those two?

i might have to put them into two post because it was interesting that avg continually will not pick up all the viruses that zonealarm does ..so i included the zl log for reference on the abel.exe and mgnnompc.dll viruses that come up... thanks

We can only do one person / one computer at a time or we get mixed up. Please work only on this thread and this computer until it is finished.

You have two antivirus programs running simultaneously. Please uninstall either the antivirus from Zone Alarm or the AVG antivirus program.

Also, you have Spybot's Teatimer running which will block any fixes we might try to do. Please right-click on the spybot blue and white icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen and look for where to disable Teatimer. If that doesn't work, tell me and I'll give you further instructions.
