Okay I followed the rules Now What?

I did all the stuff in the stickies....WHEEEEEW alot.
Anyway I didnt get rid of Ipmon cause it might be good or something and was I didnt understand how to.

The computer seems to be working good now accept i still get some Superfast timeout/file not founds occaisonally and the biggest problem is that RealPlayer won't do Livestreams and can't detect the internet connecting even after i uninstalled and redownloaded a different version.
I'm pretty sure its something one of the anti-spyware, security or cleaner programs did, though realshed, etc. tasks i never shut down because I want auto-update, so thats not it. maybe it still disabled realplayers connectivy somehow.

The question now is how in the heck do i fix it? and no i have no clue which of the free progs i got from the stickies did this.

it IS something i downloaded and istalled as far as security goes. I never had a problem with realplayer not being able to detect my internet connection. I actually susped spybot immunization anyway I know its one of the many security programs because NOTHING ELSE changed.
I didnt even disable realsched or the other real thing that runs.

You all put up the stickies about Security programs well now i need to know how to reverse the "security block" on real player. you can't Tell me none of you have heard of spybot and sygate causing live stream/update problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway if its recomended you should do the follow up.
YES i reinstalled, uninstalled-as to a manual one why would I need to do that when the problem is one of the security downloads I've used?

You say you've never heard of security programs causing program connection problems?? and call yourself a geek?
