Hey now, for the record I'm the one who cooks the Thanksgiving dinners in my family. I made a turkey once for my fiancee's father and sister while in college and I was nominated to do it every T-Day since! And I don't allow anyone to touch my turkey besides me--the only reason they're allowed in the kitchen on T-Day, in fact, is to help my by cleaning up after me.

Interesting that's how so many people see it. How is it any different from someone who comes home every day and proceeds to let reality TV suck the souls out of them? Video games at least can have some social aspects (MMOs come to mind).

 

I cook every meal I eat exept on sundays and my mum WONT let me touch the christmas dinner,neither would my gran,they both take great pride in it as do I with my cooking,hey I choose cooking before playing video games any day.

Its up to you how you spend your free time,I like to play video games,surf the internet,go on major geeks,watch tv and get drunk,for a full and varied life!

I also build stuff,but I didnt want to include anything constructive or with a purpose.

 

I'd cook a lot more often if the pots and pans would magically clean themselves once I was done cooking. I'm far too lazy.
