Is it looking to boot from the floppy disc?
    Replace the CMOS battery - it's a CR2032 rated at 3V.

If the CMOS battery is ok, reset the BIOS to Default Settings.

Turn off the PC and unplug it from the electric socket outlet. Remove the CMOS battery for 10 minutes and put it back.
Or, if you're familiar with the motherboard, there are 2 pins that can be shorted with a jumper. Again, the PC must be off and unplugged.

BTW What is the exact message you get?

    "bios room checksum error
    keyboard error no keyboard present

    detecting floppy drive A media...
    Drive A error. System halt"

As long as you can`t see the photo this is the error that i got.

I think the mobo is dead cause the solutions didn`t work. when it starts 5 secs and got that error, no loading screen, nothing so i can`t flash it.

At this point I would run PC Doctor and test the motherboard on a component level.

However, I'm reasonably sure you have not spent hundreds of dollars on such a diagnostic kit.

Can the EEPROM be replaced, or is the chip soldered to the motherboard?
