old pc problems

    :confusedHi I`am trying to get a old pent.3 running for the kids.The machine is running XP and it won`t recognize the 160g drv, it says it is only 33g.I have done some research,I know that I need service pack 1.But here is problem the computer is not internet capable.Is there a way to download it on this computer then to burn cd for other?? PS running Vista on this one.THANKS Gary
