Omg Newegg

    I like spending money there, but I called for help and it is an hour wait for the phone and two plus for chat.
    Anyone else have this experience? I bought two AVG license and they don't work, AVG said to call Newegg...

    Pretty poor service from both companies, I can see at this time of year that CS can be hard to contact.

    I never had problems contacting phone support for NewEgg but then again, I didn't purchase anything 1 week before Christmas.
    With the volume of sales they do, it is understandable that the wait time is excessive.

    I had to contact help at Jacquie Lawson, an e-card site, and it took four days before I got an email response. I just figured "it is that time of the year".
