Onboard Realtek ALC662 HD Audio Problem

Hey all, im having a problem with my Realtek HD audio device.

A few weeks ago it was working great, suddenly it stopped working, i looked about on some forums and found some info saying to remove the "ghost" devices of the same from the device manager, i did that to no avail, then i followed some more steps which were i had to disable then uninstall the Microsoft UAA Bus driver in order to reinstall my drivers without error.

After doing that i had made some small progress, i had sound, but it is extremely quiet, i have to turn up my high powered gaming speakers to full to hear a faint noise, i know its not the speakers because they work great with my ipod.

Im at a loss of what to do now, and suggestions?

Audio Device: Realtek ALC662 6-channel audio (Realtek High Definition Audio) (w/ latest driver)
Graphics Card: nVidia 9800 GT+ 1GB (PCI-E)

Typical Noob Questions:

Is front panel connected: Yes
Am i sure that audio works: Yes, i have a Behringer U-Control USB audio device that i am currently using in the place of my Realtek.
Is the Behringer causing the problem: No, i have been using it since before the Realtek stopped working.
Is the volume turned up: Yes
Is the default audio device correctly set: Yes

note install chipset then restart then install audio that it
