Online Armor & XBOX 360

Good day

I have installed Online Armor onto my PC as a replacement for Zonealarm. Everything is working fine except my 360 will no longer stream from the PC with OA switched on. Can anyone help? I know the IP range of the 360 but can't figure out where to put the exception.

I have that problem as well. I cant help as such, but I have posted this on their forum, so hopefully someone may be able to help on there.
Go to their forums and look for my post titled Xbox 360 and Vista.

 

Residue can cause this. Sometimes software don't uninstall completely. Check this guide about uninstalling ZoneAlarm. Also make a search for ZoneAlarm and delete remains by hand. Link: http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/board/message?board.id=AllowAccess&message.id=103

 

Yer possibly for the OP, however as I have the same problem...and have never installed Zone Alarm...then I would assume that its not just a case of ZA remnants, but thanks for the reply.

ok.. go to the firewall section on the gui of Online Armor. Then goto the RULES section and take the 4th box which is labelled as COMPUTERS. within the list should be your xbox's mac address (either wireless or wired) just go ahead and TRUST it!.If its not there then reset the online amors COMPUTERS list and reboot your xbox and WAIT until it appears in the list.Easy Peasy
