Oh dear god, it took researchers to fathom that one out!!!! thats been a given for many years that the majority of cybercrooks are not your typical spotty nerd in glasses with a pen pocket protector! while geeks maybe used to develop the hacks/cracks and malware, its organised crime bosses that pay for it and reap the rewards.

More often than not its a particular company or agency that has not had a sound byte[sic] for ages that needs to release some useless information to get into a news cycle, happens in medicine alot when one group say coffee is bad for you then another say its good, the circle keeps going around and around.
