    I'm looking for some software that allows forms, such as job applications, to be completed on line via a website and then emailed to me. Currently I have non-saving PDFs on the website, and they can only be printed off an mailed in. Obviously I am aware Adobe provides this, but I was wondering what other software people have experience of using, the cost of it in comparison to Adobe, or even non-PDF formats.

    Note: I am not looking for just a list of links here - I can google just as well as the next person. I'm looking for first-hand user experience and reviews. Thanks in advance.

    I always thought that a webpage with a form was fairly easy to setup, especially with a good WYSIWYG editor. Just have the form action email you.

    You also have the option of coding in form validation to prevent garbage from being input.

    The cost would be your time. You can get the tools to do it for free.

    I honestly don't know Mada...never been done in our organization before, and as I am absolutely nothing to do with the IT department, it has naturally fallen at my feet ;)

    Thanks for the suggestions - I will look in to this. Currently using Macromedia to maintain the website.

    @Bill..not at all what I need...re-read the OP :)
