Online Poker Disconnects?

Hi! This is my first posting. I am dumb as a rock so please speak to me in "duh mode". I resently starting playing online poker with "Full Tilt". I would become disconnected and reconnected quite often. Thus I brought my computer in to be deloused. There were tons of the little monsters so I assumed the problem was fixed. It wasn't! Brought the computer back the next day. They found 89 new viruses ... stripped my computer down to like when I first purchased it ... and installed and updated "Panda". This fixed it so-so. The system still runs slow and I am still being disconnected while playing poker but not nearly as often as I was. Any suggestions?
