Only can see background nothing else HELP!!!!!!!

    i recently downloaded malware bytes and i scanned my computer using the full computer scan i got about 30 infections so i deleted all of them and when i rebooted my computer i could only see the background, i tried to run task manager using ALT+CTRL+DEL and it only goes black im using safe mode with internet connections and i really need help!!!

    Which operating system is the computer running? Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7?

    Does the same problem occur if you start in Safe Mode? See: How to start your computer in Safe mode
