Only in Syracuse

Where we have (I believe it still is anyways) the largest St. Patrick's Day Parade per capita, will you see the following:

1) Syracuse PD, Onondaga County Sherriff's Dept and NY State Police marching in a parade, and not a single group was in step.

2) The lead SPD cars just could not keep it in sync for starting and stopping

3) The Sherriff's SWAT vehicle dies............. right in front of Dunkin Donuts. Of all the times I wished I had a camera, that tops them all. What was funnier, was watching a bunch of Sherriff's Deputies in their spiffy uniforms pushing this vehicle down Salina street to Pop Start the engine.

4) The LeMoyne College Gaelic Society looks more like a drunk fest than a study of Irish culture
