*** Only The Best *** Malware Problem

Hopefully someone can help me. I am running Windows XP SP1 with all updates, Norton Internet Security (with NPF and NAV) and I have still become infected with the "Only The Best" problem, as well as with the "About: Blank" problem.

Last night, I followed all procedures in http://forum.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407 and I may have actually gotten rid of the "About: Blank" problem, because the "Only The Best" problem is the only one I see today.

No matter how many times I run the anti-spyware and anti-adware programs in safe mode, they keep coming back.

In addition, the words spyware and adware in this message are both labeled in my browser as hyperlinks that show up as "goto: spyware" and "goto: adware." I believe this is another problem as well.

I have a Hijack This log file, and can post it if you want to see it.

Can anyone help me? Or do I need to format C: and start over?

If you have completed all the steps as you said you did, send the hijack this file as an attachment (a .txt file)

I decided to go ahead and format C and do a clean installation.
