Only the best please!

hey, can anyone tell me the best anti-virus to use, i have norton, but i dont know if that is the best, there are some aspects of it the really P me off, i also tried f-secure, butother then that i am pushing to name a few more.

F-Prot is the best that I have found. I have Norton 2003, 2004 and 2005 and they are junk. There is no decent support for Norton. I have tried most of the others both free and commercial and I like F-Prot the best. It cost's $29.95 for a 1 year subscription. That's the price of one support call to Symantec.

 

I've been installing Avast! Antivirus free home edition on every computer i can get my hands on lately. It has great scanning and removal, always up to date virus database, and its free!

 

Stop, people, please! You don't need to reply to questions like this that have been asked a thousand times before on the forum.

Instead of offering YOUR PREFERENCE again, direct the questioner to the archives (the Search files), where there are soooo many threads on "What is the best anti-virus?" that we could use them for ..., well, there are lots and lots of threads on this question and it doesn't need to be answered again until there are entirely NEW PLAYERS on the anti-virus scene!
