"Only The Best" virus/spyware?

Heya, I'm new to the forums, I stumbled upon it looking for some help with a potential virus/hijack... I'm not quite sure what it is. I get a bunch of "Only The Best" popups, and my homepage keeps getting reset to "about:blank" with a search page.

I have HijackThis, and here's my logfile if you guys need it.... Any help would be REALLY awesome.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Please follow the steps below and make sure when you get to step 6 of the READ & RUN ME that you click on the Special Removal Procedures link. It has a couple links to steps for about:Blank & HSA hijackers (aka Only the Best).

- Your OS & IE version are way out of date and represent a major security risk. You must get updated after we fix your current problems (and you do have more than just an HSA hijacker).

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above, if you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
